Nominee
The father, with a 100% share, as in your report macros.
Father's date of birth
A “Father DOB” (or “Nominee DOB”) column when it is filled; Space Matrix TN reads “Nominee DOB” from the ONE-TIME DATA sheet. Otherwise the worker's date of birth minus 25 years, as the macros work it out.
Dates
EPF and EPS joining date = actual date of joining. Form date = last day of the month; Space Matrix TN uses the date in G3.
Marital status
UNMARRIED for Space Matrix TN. UN-MARRIED for CBRE TN and Karnataka; Karnataka uses a “Marital Status” column when the input sheet has one.
